What does role involve:

• Managing and growing customer relationships
• Answer customer inquiries regarding products or services, presenting and recommending company services
• Holding telephone negotiations
• Maintain a database of customer calls, their needs and requirements
• Prepare research and survey reports for top management
• Implement best practices in sales programs
• *Would be a plus an experience on similar position*
