About the Role:
We’re looking for a dedicated Weekend Shift Assistant to help ensure smooth operations and reliable support during weekend hours. In this role, you'll provide timely assistance, troubleshoot issues, and serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders during critical overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote support and address a range of challenges and inquiries
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English
• Guide stakeholders through time-sensitive or complex issues
• Maintain accurate records of support interactions and solutions provided

Requirements:

• Strong English proficiency, both spoken and written
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
• Availability to work weekends: Saturday and Sunday, 12:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Moldova time)
