US Software Solutions is looking for a Market Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing market data to deliver actionable insights that support business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze rate and pricing data from various internal and external sources related to the services we provide;
• Conduct ongoing market research to monitor trends, competitive dynamics, customer behavior, and emerging opportunities;
• Deliver clear, actionable reports and presentations to support senior leadership decision-making;
• Develop and maintain a centralized repository of market intelligence reports, industry publications, competitor data, and rate history;

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (preferred);
• Experience in market research, business analysis, competitive intelligence, or a related field;
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience working with databases and research platforms is a plus;
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
