Accounts Payable Specialist

US Software Solutions is looking for a Accounts Payable Specialist who will manage our company’s accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

• Recording supplier invoices and verifying their accuracy;
• Preparing and processing payments to suppliers according to contractual deadlines;
• Monitoring balances and managing relationships with suppliers for debt reconciliation;
• Maintaining and reporting short-term and long-term liabilities;
• Verifying and reconciling accounts payable with accounting records;
• Managing supporting documents related to payments (invoices, payment orders, contracts);
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and applicable legislation regarding payments and liabilities;
• Preparing periodic reports on cash flow and the status of outstanding debts;
• Collaborating with the financial-accounting and procurement.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics related fields is a must;
• 0-2 years minimum of experience in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration roles;
• Good Knowledge of MS Office Suite;
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently;
• Precise attention to detail;
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Level B1 and higher);
• Ability to organize workload, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under pressure of deadlines.
