Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and integrate AI tools into company operations across departments (chatbots, digital assistants, automated workflows, and sales funnels).
- Develop and deploy automated systems for data analysis, report generation, and performance insights.
- Integrate AI frameworks with internal platforms (CRM, ERP, analytics tools, websites) via APIs, Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, or custom code.
- Create and manage connections with Clay.com for automating outbound communication and lead generation workflows.
- Design and implement voice AI agents using platforms such as Retell AI for customer engagement, support, and sales assistance.
- Build and customize internal AI agents for lead handling, internal communication, and process automation.
- Identify and automate repetitive or manual processes using AI-driven tools.
- Collaborate with different teams to understand requirements, deploy solutions, and measure results.
- Train employees and create internal documentation on AI tools and best practices.
- Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of AI and automation systems.
- Practical experience with AI platforms (OpenAI API, LangChain, RAG, ChatGPT, MidJourney, Claude, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make/Integromat, n8n, GPT Agents).
- Understanding of API integration and database structures.
- Experience integrating CRMs (Bitrix24, HubSpot, amoCRM) with other services.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Romanian/Russian.
