About us: Nova Lines is a U.S.-based flatbed trucking company with an operations center in Chișinău, Moldova. Established in Chicago, IL, in 2014, we were among the first to bring U.S. trucking job opportunities to the Moldovan market.

We currently manage and load over 400 trucks, and we're continuing to grow. That’s why we’re looking for new team members to join our expanding operations.

What will you do:

• Plan and secure the most efficient, cost-effective loads;
• Maintain constant communication with drivers and brokers;
• Coordinate the pickup, transit, and delivery of shipments;
• Monitor delivery progress in real time using various digital platforms;

What we expect from you:

• Advanced English (B2 level or higher), both spoken and written;
• Strong computer and multitasking skills;
• Ability to perform well under pressure;
• Availability to work from the office during evening shifts (Mon–Fri, 15:00–00:00);
