Your Role:

Act as the key point of contact for our drivers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs to provide tailored logistics solutions.
Coordinate with drivers and other team members to ensure on-time delivery and high customer service
Monitor and optimize dispatch processes to ensure maximum efficiency and minimize downtime.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills, with the ability to build successful cooperation and trust with clients and drivers.
Excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills, with focus on providing fast, effective solutions.
Previous experience is a plus, but we offer training to our candidates.
Availability to work night shifts Monday - Friday from 15:00 to 00:00
