Truck Dispatcher

We are seeking motivated and experienced Truck Dispatchers!
Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure dependable carriers to move freight efficiently
- Negotiate rates to ensure profitability and competitiveness
- Dispatch trucks and monitor shipments throughout the transportation cycle
- Communicate effectively with drivers, shippers, and receivers
- Track loads, provide updates, and proactively resolve any delivery issues
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, agreements, and communications
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations
- Previous experience in Logistics (USA & Canada) is required
- Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills;
- Multi-tasking and dynamic person;
- Proficient with transportation management systems (TMS) and load boards
- An active network of carriers is a strong plus
- Availability to work Monday - Friday from 15:00 to 00:00 (Moldova time)
