TME & BI Associate
In this role, you will act as an IT Business Analyst for internal clients—predominantly for Trade Marketing / Sales functions—to translate business needs into technical solutions. More precisely, you will be responsible for the Business Applications / Power BI solution, including the interface between the back-end platform, the Sales Mobile application, and the Scanning application. You will ensure effective liaison with IT functions to bring the best solutions to end-users.
What you will be doing:
- Test and implement various system upgrades and rollouts within the market Back-End Platform and Business Intelligence;
- Support Sales routing and activities planning in company applications and systems;
- Ensure the daily performance of the Sales Mobile App, Scanning App, and Power BI, including:
- Activities data planning, technical implementation, monitoring, and results communication with meaningful insights;
- Loading and validating trade activities and scanning data;
- Assist company departments with process analysis, creation and maintenance of reports, files, and dashboards, and generation of ad-hoc analysis/reports;
- Train end-users to gain a high level of knowledge and implementation of the Sales Mobile App, Scanning App, and Power BI reports;
- Ensure data quality in company systems and applications;
- Act as a liaison between ROMOBU's On-site I&O team and local business functions, focusing on IT projects and budget management.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A degree in IT, Economics, Mathematics, or a similar field;
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Business Analysis (ideally within the FMCG industry—Sales, Trade Marketing field);
- Knowledge of FMCG Sales and Distribution processes;
- Proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on Excel (macros development is an advantage);
- Experience in managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions, Business Intelligence Solutions (Power BI, SharePoint, Power Apps), or understanding of Relational Databases;
- Fluency in Romanian and English;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Very good communication skills and client orientation;
- Problem-solving abilities while exploring opportunities;
- Open-minded, eager to learn and develop;
- Initiative and reliability as a team player.
