Talent Management Coordinator

We are looking for Talent Management Coordinator to develop and maintain projects and programs that enable people to continuously grow, re-skill and connect professionally.

Type of contract: temporary (maternity replacement)

what you will be doing:

  • Design and implement talent management programs for employees
  • Analyze workforce needs and identify key talent
  • Design and update company skills matrix, including prospection on skills for future
  • Support Group initiatives on Talent Management
  • Create and manage development initiatives aiming to ensure future skills needed
  • Deliver Career Counseling services
  • Work on performance management system

What we are looking for: 

  • Understanding of organizational design
  • Clear understanding of talent management  processes.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent management
  • Strong user and/or certification in psychometric tools
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • Ability to handle confidential material.
