We are looking for Talent Management Coordinator to develop and maintain projects and programs that enable people to continuously grow, re-skill and connect professionally.
Type of contract: temporary (maternity replacement)
what you will be doing:
- Design and implement talent management programs for employees
- Analyze workforce needs and identify key talent
- Design and update company skills matrix, including prospection on skills for future
- Support Group initiatives on Talent Management
- Create and manage development initiatives aiming to ensure future skills needed
- Deliver Career Counseling services
- Work on performance management system
What we are looking for:
- Understanding of organizational design
- Clear understanding of talent management processes.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent management
- Strong user and/or certification in psychometric tools
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- Ability to handle confidential material.
