Python Engineer

We're looking for a Python Engineer to become part of our dynamic and friendly team.

Key Responsibilities:
AI Agent Development:
Design and implement complex, multi-model AI agents with advanced reasoning and planning.

RAG Optimization:
Build and optimize RAG systems using advanced chunking and retrieval strategies for agentic workflows.

Automation & Orchestration:
Create workflows in n8n, integrating AI models, APIs, and business logic; use LangSmith for debugging and optimization.

Model Fine-Tuning:
Apply fine-tuning methods (e.g., PEFT), manage datasets, and perform supervised tuning for specific tasks.

Evaluation:
Build EVAL frameworks to track model performance, accuracy, and user satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Python experience: 2–3 years
- Experience with automating workflows
- Ability to integrate APIs from various services
- Interest in integrating and testing different AI models available on ollama.com
- Understanding of how to work with the n8n platform
