Job Vacancy: Premium Residential Rental Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their rental needs and preferences;
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about available premium residences;
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local rental market and luxury property trends;
• Negotiate rental terms and agreements on behalf of clients;
• Coordinate with property owners, management companies, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.

Qualifications:

• English upper intermediate (B1-B2);
• Excellent knowledge of the Romanian and Russian languages;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships;
• Professional demeanor and appearance;
• Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently;
• Time management skills;
• Driving license category B;
• Own car;
