No-Code / Low-Code Developer | UX/UI Focus

We're looking for a No-Code / Low-Code Developer to become part of our dynamic and friendly team.

Key profile

• Experience in UX/UI and Webflow development
• Confident user of Figma (auto-layout, styles, components, 8-point grid)
• Understands mobile optimization, brand consistency, and clean user flow
• Able to justify design decisions clearly from a strategic perspective
• Motion/animation mindset is considered a plus

Technical skills

• Strong in Webflow (components, variants, site variables, pagespeed & SEO basics)
• Knows technical setup: alt text, meta tags, accessibility, proper text hierarchy
• Good understanding of HTML / CSS / JSON
• Comfortable adding custom code when needed (GSAP, swiper JS, etc.)
• Experience with nstant, Shopify, or no-code automation tools (n8n) is a plus

Personal style

• Strong design eye + technical thinking
• Structured, strategic, and able to communicate reasoning clearly
• Passion for creating smooth, well-performing user experiences
