What you’ll do:

• Research target markets, audiences, and industry trends to build and expand a reliable network of high-value outreach contacts
• Gather, maintain, and refine the database of potential clients, ensuring accurate organisation and integration within the CRM system
• Develop and execute compelling outbound and inbound email marketing campaigns tailored to specific audience segments
• Leverage and optimise work with tools like LinkedIn, AI-driven platforms, and other marketing technologies to enhance lead generation efforts
• Set up, test, execute, and analyse email marketing workflows, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Monitor, analyse, and report KPIs of campaigns to track success and identify opportunities for improvement
• Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in martech and AI-driven solutions

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1+ year of hands-on experience in marketing, lead generation, or a related role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Experience with outbound and/or inbound email marketing campaigns, including content creation and analytics
• Proficiency in leveraging martech tools, including AI-driven platforms, CRM systems, and email marketing software
• Strong analytical and online research skills
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organised and creative with attention to detail
• English language at least B2 level (written - advanced work proficiency)
