Junior Event Manager
We are looking for a Event Manager to help organize and manage event marketing activities in order to achieve business plan objectives.
In this role, you should be a fast learner and to possess some basic but also important skills.
If you’re good in negotiations and a real team-player, we’d really like to meet you.
Your main goal in this position will be to support keeping the strongest brand visibility & maximize events attendance and relevance.
Required knowledge and skills:
- Fast learner;
- Good negotiation skills;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Results-driven attitude;
- A creative mindset;
- Microsoft Office literacy;
- Driving license category B;
- Fluent Romanian, Russian & English;
- Experience in Marketing within FMCG is a plus;
- Project management & organizational skills, experience meeting tight deadlines.
Main responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement the annual event plan;
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of event execution, including venue selection, logistics, catering, and BTL;
- Assistance in coordinating & communicating with various internal & external teams in order to successful set-up & tear down event marketing activities;
- Help create new & maintain existing business relations with company’s event marketing partners;
- Research, attend other events & find innovations in order to improve events quality & brand visibility;
- Assist in creating a strong communication strategy of events marketing activities by involving various event, logistics & creative agencies;
- Organize & keep in good shape event equipment & materials;
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
