About your key responsibilities and impact:

• Provider Integration Oversight: Leading the integration of game provider portfolios, ensuring a seamless incorporation of their full range of games and features into the casino platform;
• Strategic Provider Selection: Collaborating with analytics and business teams to select game providers that align with market trends, player preferences, and strategic business goals;
• Integration Documentation Management: Maintaining up-to-date documentation for each provider integration, ensuring that the latest information is readily available for internal use;
• Technical and Analytical Collaboration: Working closely with technical teams to manage integration tasks and with analytics teams to monitor and evaluate provider performance across various markets;
• Compliance and Regulatory Navigation: Ensuring all provider integrations comply with relevant regulations and standards, liaising with compliance teams to address any legal requirements;
• Backlog and Sprint Management: Overseeing the integration team's backlog and sprint planning, prioritizing tasks to align with strategic objectives and operational deadlines;
• Promotional and Feature Integration: Identifying and integrating essential promotional tools and features from providers, enhancing the platform's competitiveness and value proposition;
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and external providers, managing expectations and fostering strong partnerships;
• Issue Resolution: Managing and resolving any integration-related issues, ensuring minimal impact on the platform and its users;
• Market and Product Strategy Contribution: Providing insights and recommendations on market positioning and product enhancements based on comprehensive provider integrations and performance analysis.

Essential professional experience:

• In-depth knowledge of online casino platforms, including technical integration processes and market trends;
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead teams, manage sprints, and prioritize tasks effectively;
• Excellent analytical abilities to assess provider performance and make data-driven decisions;
• Comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape in the iGaming industry, with experience navigating compliance issues;
• Proven capability in managing documentation and ensuring the accuracy and currency of integration materials;
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with providers and internal stakeholders.
