Our multinational performance marketing team is growing, and we’re hiring Facebook Media Buyers for our Moldova office.

What you’ll do

• Build, launch, and scale paid campaigns on Facebook
• Test and improve creatives, audiences, and funnels
• Monitor performance and adapt quickly based on data
• Collaborate with a team of experienced media buyers and creatives

What we expect

• Proven experience with Facebook Ads (lead gen, eComm, iGaming — any vertical)
• Strong instinct for copy, angles, and what gets people to click
• Focus and clarity under pressure
• Analytical mindset and solid grasp of ROI and scaling logic
• Initiative — you’ll have freedom, but outcomes matter
• Openness to using AI tools to enhance workflow, speed, and creative output
