Experienced Truck Dispatcher

We’re hiring an Experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our growing team!
If you have proven dispatching skills, a strong understanding of the U.S. freight market, and the ability to negotiate competitive rates, this role is for you.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent English (spoken & written)
• Prior experience in dispatching (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Stepdeck, Conestoga)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of freight markets, lanes, and seasonal trends
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly

Your Responsibilities:

• Book loads and negotiate the best possible rates
• Maintain daily communication with drivers
• Track shipments and update load statuses
• Plan and optimize routes for efficiency
• Resolve issues promptly and professionally
