Position: Dispatcher – Car Haul (5 to 9 car trailers)
Location: Moldova (hybrid/office-based)

We’re looking for an experienced Car Haul Dispatcher to join our professional dispatch team. If you understand how to keep 5-9 car haulers loaded, moving, and profitable — we want to meet you!

• Guaranteed base salary: starting from 20,000 MDL/month
• Or competitive percentage from gross (whichever is higher)

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in car haul dispatching
• Strong understanding of trailers with 5-9 car capacity
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Experience with load boards, Super Dispatch, broker communication
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate drivers, negotiate rates, and manage delivery schedules efficiently
