ELD Support Specialist

VVT Group, the largest dispatch office in Moldova, is currently seeking an ambitious individual to fill the role of ELD Support Specialist. With over 130 satisfied clients, we are determined to expand our reach even further.

Responsibilities:

• Route monitoring
• Communicate with truck drivers and instruct them on how to use ELD device correctly
• Solve issues that might occur during the trip
• ELD Technical support

Experience Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication in English (B2), Romanian and Russian, another language is an advantage
• Stress resistance, polite
• Attentive to details; responsible and has a focused mind

Schedule:

• Monday/Friday 16:00 to 00:00 or
• Monday/Friday 00:00 to 8:00
• Monday/Friday 8:00 to 16:00

Pay:

• Weekly bonuses
• Salary starting from $700
