Position: Dispatcher – Flatbed & Open Deck
Location: Moldova (hybrid/office-based)

We are currently looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our growing team!
If you have a strong understanding of flatbed and open deck operations and are ready to take your logistics career to the next level – this is for you.

- Guaranteed base salary: starting from 20,000 MDL/month
- Or competitive percentage of the gross (whichever is higher)

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of dispatch experience (Flatbed/Open Deck preferred)
- English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Experience working with load boards, drivers, brokers
