Role and Responsibilities:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist / SMM at Fortus Group, you will play a pivotal role in bolstering our brand's online presence and industry positioning. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Social Media Management: Oversee all our social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. Create and curate captivating content that reflects our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging, copyright-protected content in various formats, such as posts, infographics, videos, and blog articles, to promote our brand as a leader in the transportation and logistics industry.
• Brand Positioning: Implement innovative strategies to reinforce Fortus Group's reputation as a prominent player in the market, while effectively showcasing our exceptional services and customer-centric approach.
• Community Engagement: Foster meaningful connections with our online community, responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to build strong relationships with followers and industry influencers.
• Social Media Analytics: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize content strategies and enhance audience engagement.
• Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and social media best practices to maintain Fortus Group's competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or Social Media Manager, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the transportation and logistics industry.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their respective demographics, and best practices for content promotion.
• Exceptional creativity and the ability to produce visually appealing content paired with compelling written messaging.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
