Your Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned trucks and provide timely instructions to drivers to ensure smooth operations
• Support drivers by resolving unexpected issues and supplying necessary information on the road
• Communicate with the planning team when challenges arise in executing the transport plan
• Propose alternative solutions and adjust driver instructions accordingly based on real-time conditions
• Ensure all transport paperwork is accurately received, completed, and properly processed

What We Expect from You

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Able to handle multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Good knowledge of Romanian, Russian, and English (Intermediate or higher)
• Experience is appreciated, but recent graduates are also encouraged to apply
