As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and structure of the financial datasets that power our product. What You’ll Do:

• Research and identify relevant data sources, with a focus on financial transactions;
• Input, validate, and maintain comprehensive datasets to support our categorization engine;
• Analyze large volumes of financial data to detect trends, anomalies, and patterns;
• Logically classify data based on pre-defined financial taxonomy;
• Document, standardize, and assist in automating repetitive data processes;
• Handle sensitive financial information with discretion, adhering to data privacy and security protocols.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Economics, Business;
• Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related discipline;
• Strong skills in Excel, LibreOffice, or Google Sheets;
• Experience using internet-based tools (search engines, translation platforms);
• Intermediate English proficiency (written and reading);
• Fast and accurate typing skills, with close attention to detail;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing tools and requirements;
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently;
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and reliable.
