We are a fast developing company in the Europe airport transfers market. We provide our services to customers all over Europe.
We are looking for motivated people to join our team:
Customer Service Agent
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Processing requests from customers via e-mails
- Correspondence with customers via e-mails
- Provide timely responses and regular assistance during the service
- Managing relationships with partners
- Other tasks related to great customer experience
- Help colleagues when it is necessary
Requirements for candidates:
- English Language (Advanced)
- Any additional European languages are welcome (like German, French, Italian)
- Computer fluency (Outlook, Word, browsers, e-mail, etc)
- Responsibility
- Ability to multi-tasking
- Self-motivation
- Team member & Positive attitude
Conditions and benefits:
- Motivating salary - fixed, starting from 700 up to 1500 € (depending on skills and the possibility to work autonomously)
