Chat/Voice Bot Developer
You will be developing a voice enabled bot using Azure technologies. The bot will serve as a replacement of the current IVR solution for a big telco provider.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, debug and test conversational flows using MS BotFramework Composer as part of Agile team.
- Train, evaluate and improve NLU models that add language understanding to the bot, using Azure Conversational Language Understanding Service.
- Generate audio files and improve speech using Azure Speech Services.
- Use Postman to test and debug APIs.
- Write Splunk scripts in order to analyze bot conversations and debug the flows.
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ year using BotFramework
- 1+ year using Azure Cloud (CLU and Speech Services - mandatory)
- Basic knowledge on Microsoft BotFramework and Audiocodes integration
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good understanding of NLU models concepts
- Previous experience with API testing
- Previous experience Splunk scripting
- Good understanding of Telco concepts
