Business Development & Growth Marketing Specialist

Our company is looking for a Business Development & Growth Marketing Specialist who will operate at the intersection of business development, strategic marketing, and market intelligence. You will help GPM grow by identifying our ideal customers, engaging with them on the right platforms, mimicking successful go-to-market strategies, and owning the top-of-funnel activities that convert attention into conversations.
Responsibilities:
- Identify GPM’s Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) by industry, region, and role;
- Map where our ICPs spend their time online (LinkedIn, Meta platforms, forums, niche industry sites);
- Monitor competitors and similar platforms to extract actionable marketing patterns
- Create competitor analysis briefs and strategic insights;
- Publish targeted content on selected platforms to build awareness and create conversations;
- Repurpose internal knowledge, insights, or feature updates into simple content formats (text/image/video);
- Maintain consistent publishing cadence and measure content performance;
- Test hooks, formats, and audience angles for optimization;
- Identify and connect with decision-makers and relevant POCs across industries;
- Initiate smart first-touch conversations, build basic trust, and qualify interest;
- Log all contacts, outreach, and responses systematically in CRM or equivalent;
- Hand over warm leads to sales or executive team for deeper engagement.
Qualifications:
- 0 - 4 years of experience in business development, marketing, or growth roles (ideally in B2B SaaS or infrastructure-related tech);
- A track record of building personal projects or company presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, or industry-specific channels;
- High comfort with ambiguity and a self-starting mindset;
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Spark Toro, Apollo, Similar Web, Lusha.
