UI/UX Designer

Zomni is a comprehensive web platform designed to meet a wide range of booking needs for people. It offers services such as accommodations, restaurants, car rentals, wellness & beauty services, medical clinics, entertainment options, and conference center bookings.

The UI/UX Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces and experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing. This role requires a combination of design sensibility and technical expertise to create user-centered designs that drive customer satisfaction and engagement

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and user interactions.
- User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback to inform design decisions.
- UI/UX Implementation: Develop and implement user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring compatibility across various devices and browsers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency and alignment with business goals.
- Maintain Design Systems: Develop and maintain a consistent design language and component library to ensure a cohesive user experience.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and development work.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Fluency in Romanian and English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
