Ticketing agent

As a Ticketing Agent, you will be responsible for a range of duties, primarily focused on coordinating with multiple airlines, managing inquiries from the sales department, and ensuring accurate flight information is maintained. Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

- Coordinating with multiple airlines for ticketing and flight information.
- Providing support for inquiries from the sales department.
- Updating flight information in relevant systems.
- Ticketing specific flights for clients.
- Managing flight cancellations, schedule changes, bookings, and re-bookings.
- Processing client charges, refunds, and adjustments.
- Tracking and reviewing sales agent commissions and salary calculations.
- Communicating with sales agents and airlines regarding client preferences and requests.
- Maintaining and updating client file systems.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Travel Reservations Specialist or within the Travel industry.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage conflicting deadlines.
- Impeccable attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- CRM knowledge, such as SalesForce, is a huge plus.
- Experience with GDS like Sabre, Amadeus etc is a huge plus.
