Tester

FaceDance a Ciprus Company is looking for a Tester. The main objective of the project is to deliver a new operational Information System in two years’ time.
And for this project we are looking for an experienced Testing manager.

Responsibilities:
• Plan, monitor, and control the testing activities and tasks
• Review/Create test strategies and test plans
• Make estimations of testing tasks
• Select tools, if needed and assure the training of the test team on these tools
• Monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases/test procedures
• Assure the test environment is put into place before test execution
• Manage the test environment during test execution
• Report on the test progress, the product quality status and the test results
• Review and follow-up of provider’s Defect Reporting and retesting on resolution
• Review and follow-up of supplier’s Test Scripts (in case of automation)
• Test book (test data) preparation
• Defect management coordination with the provider
• Review and follow-up of organize the UAT phase and coordinate overall test activities
Requirements:
• Testing experience
• Management team experience
• Strong knowledge of testing theory
• Big Project Experience
• Full testing flow experience
• English – a must, Russian – good to know
