Services on elaboration of pollutant release and transfer registry (prtr) software

Subject: RFP for the provision of services on elaboration of Pollutant Release and Transfer Registry (PRTR) software for the Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment of the Republic of Moldova

1. You are requested to submit a proposal for delivery of services on PRTR elaboration for the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Moldova, under the GEF/UNEP Global Project on the Implementation of PRTRs as a tool for POPs reporting, dissemination and awareness raising for Belarus, Cambodia, Ecuador, Kazakhstan, Moldova and Peru implemented by Environmental Pollution Prevention Office and UNITAR, as per enclosed specifications.

2. To enable you to submit a proposal, attached are:
i. Instructions to Bidders …………… . .(Annex I)
ii. Proposal Submission Form ………….(Annex II)
iii. Terms of Reference (TOR)…………..(Annex III)

3. The Terms of Reference (TOR)- (Annex III) shall be sent to Bidders electronically within 3 days from receipt of confirmation of their intend to submit a proposal sent to EPPO office on the email address: info@eppo.md or tuguitatiana@ymail.com

4. Your offer comprising of technical proposal and financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, marked with “Services for PRTR software elaboration” should reach the EPPO office no later than 21 august 2017, 15:00. Opening of the envelopes will take place on 21 august 2017 at 15.30 within EPPO premises (str. Mitropolit Dosoftei 156A, bir 310).
