Senior java developer (technical leader)

Required skills:
- Good knowledge of JavaSE and JavaEE;
- At least 4-5 years of java projects experience;
- Good knowledge of OOP, OOD; design patterns
- Good knowledge of one of the delivery methodology: DevOps, SCROOM
- Defining solution design documentation
- Experience in managing small team of developers
- Good Knowledge of SQL databases and one of the ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA);
- Medium level experience in client-side programming: JavaScript, CSS, Angular or Ajax, JQuery;
- Experience of designing and developing Rest/SOAP Web Services.


Non-technical requirements:
- Initiative, good communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a team;
- Good command of English, both written and spoken with the ability to participate in English-only meetings.
- Other language knowledge is an advantage;
- Flexibility, enthusiasm, self-confidence;
- Innovative problem-solving skills.
- Client orientation, a good understanding of business relationships
- Leadership skills - team management – operational and motivational
- A good understanding of project steps and milestones
- Proactive attitude
- Eagerness to meet new people, new places, challenging experiences
- Availability to travel
- Languages: English;

Advantages:

- Experience on high availability, scalable and distributed system;
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
- Good knowledge of Java Spring Framework;
- Good knowledge of system architecture and parallel programming.
