Sales & marketing associate

ÎM „JOLLY ALON” S.A. is looking for Sales & Marketing Associate.
Required qualifications:
- University degree in business development, marketing and/or economics;
- At least 2 years of relevant experience;
- Experience in developing and maintaining strong partnership relations, including skills of negotiation with internal and external partners;
- Successful experience in sales;
- Be able to work autonomously and on own initiative;
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and create effective solutions to problems;
- Proactive, organized, creative, positive, ambitious, able to identify priorities among multiple tasks;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral, in English, Romanian and Russian. Other foreign languages will be an advantage;
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, Internet and other);
- Organizational and problem solving skills;
- Politeness and helpfulness in dealing with potential and existing partners and clients;
- Ability to manage workload and short deadlines;
- Ability to work in a team.
The main responsibilities shall include:
- Promote our services;
- Organize various presentations of services;
- Organize and conduct negotiations with customers;
- Develop commercial offers;
- Participate in activities aimed at increasing sales;
- Consult and assist in the selection and purchasing of services.
