Sales manager

Responsibilities:

Manage sales department
Hire sales team members
Train and mentor sales team
Oversee sales strategy
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Submit reports
Use CRM
Create and edit offers
Collaborate with other departments

We require:

Successful previous experience as a sales manager (min. 1 year)
Proficient in English (oral and written)
Good communication skills
Desire to achieve results and high income, ambition, growth-mindset
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
