Road service assistant

USA Car Hauling Trucking Company, CRC Transport, is currently looking for an
Afterhours Dispatcher for Road Service Assistance.
If you are responsible, organized, customer oriented, able to multitask and solve problems in an efficient manner you are welcome to our team.

Requirements:

- Advanced level in English, Russian, Romanian languages;
- Good knowledge of equipment and tools utilized in trucking industry;
- Great communicational and negotiation skills;
- Proficiency with MS Office and Google products;
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis situations;

Availability to work Monday-Friday

from 00:00 to 07:00 (night shifts) Chisinau time
or
07-00 to 16-00 (day shifts) Chisinau time

Core Duties:
- Provide road service assistance (Towing service, jump start, flat tire change or any other incident while on the road)
- Come up with immediate vehicle troubleshooting solutions
- Make the best cost effective decisions
- Record and report all the cases
- Constant Customer Care Service
