React/js developer (remote)

You are going to work on interesting products for the biggest cruise companies tremendously improving guests and crew experience and helping them feel happy and excited using our apps. The projects are complex which require skills and a sharp mind to succeed.

Requirements:
- you have at least 3 years of experience with JavaScript and you have actively used ES6 capabilities on your previous projects
- you have a good experience with React or Vue
- you already know when to use Redux, and when not to
- ability to make architectural decisions independently and work without external control
- you are initiative and not afraid to take risks and responsibility
- being able to express yourself in english on the calls
- ability to work independently and remotely
- reliable internet is a must

Would be a plus:
- Jest, Enzyme, React native
- Have an experience of mentoring another dev
- Have an experience of being one (or main) developer on the project

- create a high quality code always using the best development practices
- collaborate with team members to help them grow by sharing knowledge and learn from them
- groom tasks you receive and carefully provide estimates
- when developing a new functionally try to think long-term and find the most suitable approach
- communicate in a timely manner with your team members
