Qa engineer

As a quality assurance engineer, you will be responsible extensive project testing.You will take part in large, high end web projects within an international team while working with project managers and developers along the full project life cycle.This position demands a multitasker with great attention to detail and an extensive knowledge of business processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform manual testing on different platforms, browsers, and emulation software
Take part in analysis of project documentation
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured user and test design documentation
Estimate, prioritize, plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities
Take part in bug/change management: log defects, work with tickets, bugs, and enhancements
Take part in group calls and project-related discussions in English
Discuss issues that are to be clarified, coordinated, and defined more accurately with developers and PM
Coordinate on quality issues with other departments, provide feedback about product quality — Report to QA Lead

REQUIREMENTS:
At least 2+ years of experience in web-testing
Strong knowledge of web domain: browser and mobile compatibility, CSS/HTML, Web-services, Caching layers, Technical interfaces, Security, Performance, Automation
Experience in markup (slicing) testing
Knowledge of methods and technology of software testing, experience in using them
Proactive development of user and test design documentation: test strategy, test plan, test summary report for customer, user guide
Knowledge of specific software tools (bug management systems, test tools)
Attention to detail, business minded
Willingness for self-development in the area of software quality assurance
Strong Intermediate English a must (ability to read technical literature and interact with project managers, clients)

RECOMMENDED:
Familiarity with PHP and JavaScript
Experience in testing different CMS (specifically Drupal)
ISTQB certification (at least foundation level)
Preferably experience in the automated testing (Selenium a plus)
