HR-Consulting is a recruitment agency with more than 20 years in business. We are currently looking for a highly professional candidate to fulfill the position of the Purchasing Specialist in Moldova.
Company Overview: A great international company that will open, within the automotive production, company size 500-700 employees.

PURCHASING EXECUTIVE (manufacturing)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for ensuring materials and services are ordered, received, and invoiced in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor and coordinate material flow and ensuring sufficient supplies for different projects accordingly to the existing procedure
• Negotiate contracts, prices, commercial conditions for all the products, materials, services purchased
• identifying potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers, and building and maintaining good relationships with them
• negotiating and agreeing contracts and monitoring their progress, checking the quality of service provided
• processing payments and invoices
• forecasting price trends and their impact on future activities
• giving presentations about market analysis and possible growth
• developing an organization’s purchasing strategy
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive responsibility and experience in procurement, materials management, and/or supply chain management, preferably production industry
• Knowledge of various procurement methods, strategic sourcing, and supply chain practices
• Can understand and support the team’s strategies in spares, ground support equipment, operations, and/the history of the procurement
• Excellent computer skills including demonstrated advanced skills with Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of various procurement practices including sourcing, solicitations, and negotiations
Execute strategic goals and objectives in support of the overall company goals and objectives
• Demonstrates a proven record of exceeding customer expectations and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Experience from a start-up environment is highly preferred.
Romanian, Russian- advanced, English – at least intermediate (all documents, correspondence will be in English)
• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or other relevant studies
• Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills
• Genuine customer service orientation with an ability to meet expectations of candidates and hiring managers
• Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills
• Business travel in Romania and Moldova
• Open minded, PC literate, energetic and motivated individual
