We are an IT company specializing in developing educational platforms for Forex trading. For over 9 years, we have been creating and supporting complex trading platforms for the Forex market. Our platforms prioritize performance, security, and scalability, utilizing both microservices and monolithic architectures for flexibility and reliability.
As a Project Manager, you will not only oversee development processes and coordinate the team but also actively participate in project tasks and client communication.

Key responsibilities:

Coordinate the work of developers and testers, assign tasks, monitor workloads, and ensure deadlines are met.
Oversee ongoing production tasks, including implementing technical requirements and resolving bugs.
Maintain and update project documentation in collaboration with developers and testers.
Provide prompt responses to client inquiries in English.
Engage with clients on technical issues, gather information, and translate requests into assignments for the team.
Address unforeseen issues and risks in the project workflow, working closely with the team and lead developer.

Our ideal candidate:

At least 3 years of project management experience in IT, FinTech, or EdTech, ideally with remote teams.
Advantage: knowledge of Forex trading fundamentals or readiness to learn them quickly.
Strong knowledge of IT and technical terminology, with experience using project management systems (Monday) and communication platforms (Slack, Microsoft Teams).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly in both spoken and written forms; strong leadership qualities; responsibility; flexibility; and initiative.
