Consulting compnay in the IT sector with offices in Singapore, Indoniasia, Malasya and India is seeking a Customer Service Representative + Personal Asistant to the CEO in the Kuala Lumpur Office

She should have at least B2 level of English.

This is a 1 year contract and the CEO will work with you to teach the business line and provide support.

Apart from that, he is seeking a close perosnal assistant that can accompnay in his business travels, meetings, perosnal dinners, discos, etc.

He is currently going though a very tough moment: divorce. Therefore, is seeking some someone that can be close enough and give that emotional support.

Accomodation will be provided, near the office, with other colleagues from the same compnay so you should feel totally safe.

There is no commitment but we are looking for serious people as he will invest in visa for you.

Among your professionl duties will be:

helping to develop and implement a customer service policy for an entire organisation
finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services
handling face-to-face enquiries from customers
will be responsible for ensuring the complete post-sale success and satisfaction
