Conditions and compensation:
Work from home, on a personal PC, through remote access to a corporate account in interpreters.travel (personal account adapted for small screens of laptops and tablets)
Work 5 days a week (flexible schedule), 7−9 hours a day, 40 hours a week.
Payment for Internet traffic or corporate Skype communications, telephone incoming calls.
Salary is discussed with the successful candidate. A contract is signed with the candidate.
Qualification Requirements:
Proficient use of PC and general user programs
Competent speech, writing and good diction.
Spoken and written English (not less then B1) and Russian (not less then B1), additional languages will also be considered.
Job responsibilities:
Processing/moderation of incoming messages from users of the interpreters.travel online service (85% of the time)
Outgoing calls with our internal call system to users to clarify information (10% of the time)
Receive incoming calls with our internal call system to provide information (5% of the time).
