.Net team leader

Dot.Cy, a regional leader in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, with offices in Nicosia, Dubai and Athens is recruiting for .NET Software Engineers and Team Leader

Minimum Technical Job Requirements
• Software development skills in .NET framework development – preferably in C#
• Hands on object-oriented development experience in a Microsoft stack development environment
• Dynamics 365 Development and customization experience will be considered an advantage
• Technical proficiency in development of Web Services/Web APIs
• Working experience in WinForms Development and/or in HTML5, CSS3, jQuery and with JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS will be considered as an advantage
• Understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards
Responsibilities

• Extend Dynamics 365/CRM platform using MS Dynamics SDK and .NET Framework
• Design and develop robust, scalable, high performing, high-volume production applications with users across the globe
• Provide front-end Dynamics 365 CRM development capabilities using known JavaScript Frameworks
• Drive the effort to establish code libraries and version control of Dynamics 365 CRM web resources or extensions effectively following Microsoft development standards
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems and applications
• Recommend innovative solutions that will support improved business processes.
• Work closely with other application development teams, business analysts, business stakeholders and QA teams

You will be dealing with projects such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service, Project Management), Dynamics Marketing, mobile and tablet apps, Microsoft Power BI as well as Dot.Cy’s own products built on Dynamics 365 for the Hospitality and Leisure industries.

Educational Requirements/Professional Qualifications:

• University or College degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering
• 3+ years of experience for Software Engineers and 5+ years of experience for Team Leaders with a proven track record
• Excellent organizational and good communication skills, working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment involving the delivery of complex and large international projects
• Ability to manage and prioritize numerous tasks/projects simultaneously and work independently as well as operate within a collaborative team setting
• Keen to learn new technologies
• Good command of the English language
