Marketing Specialist

Your main duties:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising to drive brand awareness;
Conduct market research;
Manage social media platforms and create engaging content (posts, videos, infographics) to build and maintain a strong online presence;
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, to optimize marketing strategies and improve outcomes;
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing to recommend innovative approaches and tactics;
Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective use of resources;
Create and modify graphic layouts;
Creation of advertising materials (brochures, posters, catalogs, etc.);
Processing incoming materials;
Developing concepts and graphic design.

Experience Requirements:

English level (B2) at least;
Solid knowledge in the use of programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva; etc.);
Experience in SMM;
Creative skills and attention to detail;
Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently;
Effective communication skills to understand requirements and convey ideas.
Experience in Video Making will be considered a big advantage.
