Logistics Specialist

Location: Chișinău, Moldova

We are looking for a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Logistics Specialist.
Responsibilities:

Support the Manager of Logistics in daily operations.
Coordinate inbound and internal logistical needs within the Republic of Moldova (RM).
Collaborate with the Procurement department to ensure timely deliveries.
Ensure the correctness of all transport documentation (import/export).
Search for logistical solutions and improve existing workflows.

Requirements:

Higher education.
Fluency in Romanian and Russian; English is preferred.
2+ years of experience in logistics within RM and Romania.
Experience in other markets is a plus.
Good knowledge of transporters and freight forwarders in RM.
Experience with maritime transportation is an advantage.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
Capacity to handle multiple priorities in a short period.
Teamwork and cooperation with other departments.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with 1C Software is an advantage.
