HR-Consulting (www.search4staff.com) on behalf of its client, an international company, is looking for candidates to fill the position of:
Logistics Software Analyst
About company:
International company specialized in logistics and distribution services.
Main tasks:
•Analyze and solve problems that occur in the software
•Follow up status of received questions/problems
•Distribute unsolvable problems to the responsible person
•Register each incident/mail in service desk registration tool with correct and complete information
•Built up knowledge base and optimize procedures
•Analyze results and report to the management team
•Testing different system functionalities
•Prepare and execute test scenarios
•Prepare, review and analyze software documentation and user manuals.
Requirements for candidate:
•University degree or equal by experience
•Strong analytical mind-set
•Medium to fluent in spoken and written English
•Good knowledge of MS Office and good computer skills
•Strong communicative skills
•Fast learner
•Flexibility to work in shifts, when it’s needed
