HR-Consulting (www.search4staff.com ) on behalf of its client, an international company is looking for candidates to fill the position of:
Logistics Customer Service Specialist
The company:
Foreign company specialized in logistics and distribution services.
Responsibilities:
- Answer technical questions
- Analyze & solve problems that cannot be solved locally
- Automatic mails (incoming EDI errors, failure notification, check reports)
- Register each incident/mail in service desk registration tool with correct & complete information
- Built up knowledge base & procedures to optimize the service desk activities
- Testing of WMS, EDI, label & reporting functionalities
- Prepare and execute test case scenarios
Qualifications & Experience:
- University degree or equal by experience
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office
- Strong communicative skills
- Willingness for short assignments abroad
- Willingness to work in shifts
