Company Overview: A great international company that will open within the automotive production, company size 500-700 employees, in a region of Moldova.

Logistic Manager (manufacturing, a region in Moldova)

Job summary: logistic manager that will help to set up the concept of the logistics; ensure that the supply chain is working in accordance to company target. The plant is located in a region of Moldova.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers
• Create and implement best practice logistics principles, policies and processes across the organization to improve operational and financial performance
• Deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements
• Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs
• Control and compare customer demands vs. actual production capacity. Deliver a daily production plan to the production department, control output and react in case of disturbances
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in similar logistic management position in manufacturing field (preferably automotive industry) at least 3-5 years
• Compliance with automotive regulations and standards (ISO TS 16949, ISO 14001 etc.)
• Romanian, Russian- advanced, English – at least intermediate (all documents, correspondence will be in English), GERMAN - advantage
• Technical education or other relevant studies
• Open minded, PC literate, energetic and motivated individual
