IT Administrator

And today, we would like to bring a fresh face to our team who will be responsible for IT Administration.

As an IT Administrator at ISD, you are the technical point of contact for our employees. Do you know how to keep an overview, and do you enjoy solving IT problems? Then you are our new IT Administrator!

IT Administrator at ISD will take care of the following activities:

Provide support in the use and operation of IT products, systems and networks;
Proactively engage in the research, implementation, and monitoring of ISO security standards;
Customize and manage our internal ERP system;
Conduct inventory of IT equipment;
Perform basic maintenance on existing hardware equipment in the office and assist with technical administrative tasks as needed;
Provide support to our IT department in Venray with all related matters when it is needed.

Ideal candidate's skills:

Experience of at least 1 year in a similar position;
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar fields is recommended;
Extensive experience with Microsoft products such as Active Directory/Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Defender, and Hyper-V etc.;
Proficiency with computer networking and familiarity in Cisco, Dell, HP, and MikroTik equipment;
Strong knowledge of best practices in security and IT administration;
Professional qualifications and certifications are recommended, but not mandatory;
Strong motivation to rapidly acquire and apply new technologies;
Advanced spoken and written English.
