Expected to undertake the following:
- Administer HR-related documentation, such as orders, contracts of employment, leavers' and other information to ensure compliance with labor legislation;
- Maintain employee files;
- Ensure the HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with labor legislation;
- Payroll administration and record-keeping;
- Employee safety and health reporting;
- Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR department.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Strong administration skills;
- The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail;
- Good knowledge of employment legislation, policies and procedures;
- The flexibility and willingness to learn;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- The ability to work as part of a team;
- To enjoy working with people;
- Fluency in English and Romanian required;
- Knowledge of labor legislation would be an advantage.
