Your Role:
- Identify and explore new business opportunities within freight brokerage;
- Source reliable carriers, assess their capacity, and negotiate the best rates;
- Cultivate lasting relationships with both customers and carriers;
- Oversee the logistics of freight shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and top-notch customer service;
- Keep meticulous records of transactions and communications;
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in freight brokerage or a related role (USA & Canada)
- A strong track record of exceeding sales goals and targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking abilities
- A customer-focused mindset with a solution-oriented approach
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 15:00 to 00:00 (Moldova time)
