Key Responsibilities:

Candidates sourcing: Opened position Advertising interviewing qualified candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and priorities

Application processing: Screening candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for our company, including CDL Scan, MVR, PSP, CH and VOE: Handle all employment verification requests and assist with all necessary inquiries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Data Input: Keep our HR systems up-to-date and accurate by entering and maintaining employee data with precision and efficiency.

Drug Test Coordination: Safety first! Coordinate and oversee the drug testing process for new hires, maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in similar role in a trucking company.
- Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and professionalism.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with Tenstreet, Medstop, Clearinghouse, etc.
